Job description

Are you a dynamic sales leader who thrives in a player-coach environment? We are looking for an inspiring Manager, Sales to take ownership of our regional revenue goals in the Benelux region, developing a high-performing team and personally closing strategic deals.

This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role where you will drive commercial success through coaching, execution, and process improvement.

  • Sales Leadership & Team Management: Guide, mentor, and develop the local Sales team to consistently exceed collective revenue targets. Conduct regular performance check-ins, pipeline reviews, and implement targeted training initiatives.

  • Player-Coach Execution: Actively manage your own pipeline of high-value opportunities, modelling best-in-class sales behaviours from qualification through to close. Build and manage your outbound pipeline while coaching and driving your team to meet and exceed their outbound pipeline goals.

  • Drive Sales Rigour: Ensure meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and adherence to established sales methodologies. Identify and implement process enhancements to boost conversion rates and deal velocity.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Act as the critical link between the Sales team and key internal partners (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure cohesive execution and inform competitive strategy.

  • Partner Enablement & Growth: Cultivate and scale strategic relationships with external partners and resellers to act as a force multiplier for revenue generation. Champion partner success by providing deep enablement with the support of the Channel management team, structured training, and dedicated support to ensure they effectively articulate our value proposition. Establish clear mutual goals and rigorous performance metrics to drive accountability and consistent alignment. Continually identify opportunities for joint go-to-market initiatives that expand market reach and accelerate deal flow.

  • Performance Reporting: Take full ownership of weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, providing accurate visibility into pipeline health and taking swift corrective action where necessary to meet targets.

  • Build the Future: Participate in hiring and onboarding new talent, and champion a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making.

What we look for

  • You speak Dutch and English fluently.

  • You have proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally progressing to a team leadership or player-coach role.

  • You have shown the ability to define strategies that allow to self-sourcing pipeline in an outbound motion

  • You have demonstrated the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a sales team while managing your own pipeline of opportunities.

  • You have strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).

  • You have experience enhancing or adapting existing sales processes and methodologies to improve performance.

  • You have a solid understanding of the B2B buyer journey, value-based selling, and multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

  • You are proficient at analysing sales performance data, identifying trends, and taking action to address risks or optimising execution.
