About the Account Manager role:
As an Account Manager, your primary mission is to drive growth and retention in your portfolio.
To achieve this, you focus on 3 pillars:
- Trusted advisor posture - Understand our client's needs, provide strategic guidance with the goal of aligning them with our vision, and equip them with our sticky features.
- Sales processes - Identify opportunities, prioritize the right accounts to reach out to, and ensure to engage all clients according to their size.
- Sales Excellence - Adopt the sales culture to execute the strategy effectively, with a consistent sales rhythm and close monitoring of your portfolio.

You will be responsible for:

  • Trusted advisor posture :
  • Support customer lifecycle as soon as onboarding ends by organizing regular EBRs.
  • Build 6-12 months retroplannings with clients by coordinating an action plan with other internal teams (CSC, implementation team...).
  • Anticipate and resolve frictions.
  • Sales process:
  • Own the client relationship with a specific focus on sourcing and/or qualifying upsell opportunities.
  • Handover qualified upsells leads to Expansion Managers.
  • Anticipate and handle customer renewals.
  • Handle churn requests.
  • Sales excellence:
  • Respect and suggest improvement of actual process to boost prioritization and efficiency.
  • Fill in properly CRM to have the most updated data.
  • Report regularly on performance.
  • Share your expertise and best practices with the team.
  • Provide qualitative handovers to the teams you are working with to increase quality and speed of action of those teams

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B customer-facing roles in international SaaS - ideally in the finance or software sector, in sales or in an early-stage start-up.
  • Initial sales experience (ideally) in a B2B environment The ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive expansion.
  • Clear goals spur you on - you are action-oriented and analytical in your approach.
  • The ability to excel in a dynamic environment, quickly adapt to challenges and keep a positive attitude.
  • Strong Plus: Good understanding of Corporate Finance. Previous exposure to Finance/Treasury departments.
  • You have demonstrated your structured approach in past projects and have strong negotiation skills.
  • You speak German at C2+ level and are also business fluent in English.
