🎯 Your Mission :
As a Team Lead in the Business Integrations team, you will be responsible for leading a group of specialists who deliver Agicap integrations with ERPs and accounting systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive delivery quality, operational reliability, and team development in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You’ll play a key role in scaling our integration operations by building strong delivery foundations, fostering high team performance, and improving our integration processes. This role is ideal for someone with prior leadership experience in a technical delivery environment, looking to take ownership of team performance and delivery outcomes at scale.
∙ Lead and support a team of Business Integration specialists to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of ERP/accounting integrations across multiple markets.
∙ Define team priorities and assign tasks based on pipeline urgency, technical complexity, and available capacity.
∙ Hold regular team ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, backlog grooming, pipeline reviews) and 1:1s to drive performance, delivery ownership, and accountability.
∙ Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, supporting the team in troubleshooting complex integration, data mapping, or compliance issues.
∙ Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify and escalate blockers, resource constraints, or delivery risks to the Head of CST.
∙ Ensure accurate and up-to-date technical documentation is created and maintained, including ERP mapping sheets, configuration notes, and delivery tracking artifacts.
∙ Provide structured, regular updates to stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Onboarding, Care, Product), ensuring alignment on delivery timelines and client expectations.
∙ Promote continuous improvement by sharing feedback, contributing to process and tooling enhancements, and coaching the team on best practices.
∙ Support onboarding and upskilling of new team members to ensure fast ramp-up and integration into delivery workflows.
∙ Uphold delivery standards, process adherence, and regulatory compliance across all assigned integration work.
⭐️ What we are looking for :
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP integration, technical implementation, or solution delivery in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams, ideally in a hands-on capacity (formal or informal leadership).
- Strong expertise in ERP/accounting systems, with a deep understanding of integration workflows (file/API-based data flows, mappings, error handling, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to own and improve operational delivery metrics (e.g. time-to-value, backlog resolution, throughput).
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate clearly with Sales, Product, Care, and customers.
- Comfortable working in English and French (professional fluency required in both).
- Familiarity with technical tools such as Python and Excel.
- Experience supporting or coordinating delivery teams across multiple countries or time zones.
- Strong analytical thinking and organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of detail or quality.
- Experience designing and scaling delivery processes and team operating models.
