As a Partner Success Manager, you will be instrumental in the success of our indirect sales channel through our partners network, empowering them to effectively sell and implement our digital solution to their own clients. This role combines a strong hands-on onboarding focus for new partners with the strategic development of scalable processes and enablement materials. You will be the primary advocate for our partners, ensuring their rapid time-to-value and continued success, which in turn drives growth for Agicap. This is a unique opportunity to build strong relationships, leverage your expertise, and directly impact our go-to-market strategy through our partner ecosystem.

What you will do:

  • Partner Onboarding & Training:
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new partners, ensuring they gain a deep understanding of our software, its value proposition, and the best practices for implementation.
  • Accompany and train new partners, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively onboard their own clients onto our platform.
  • Define and implement scalable onboarding and training processes specifically designed for partners, ensuring consistency and efficiency as our partner network grows.
  • Partner Enablement & Support:
  • Manage, develop, and nurture a portfolio of partners, demonstrating a keen interest in their business models, developing their core business strengths and leverage their skill set for achieving great implementation results for our customers.
  • Develop personal relationships with key users and decision-makers within partner organizations on a daily basis.
  • Develop comprehensive partner enablement materials (in cooperation with our internal CS Enablement function), including detailed documentation, playbooks, training modules, and best practice guides, to support their sales and onboarding efforts.
  • Support the transition of partners into autonomous, high-performing integrators.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Work closely with Partner Managers and cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Tech) to ensure partner alignment and success.
  • Manage and monitor key onboarding KPIs for partners, including time to onboard, certification rates, churn, expansion rates, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Regularly track and analyze partner performance, providing direct feedback and insights to optimize their processes and reduce their time to onboard.
  • Implement strategies to maximize partner retention and minimize churn within the partner ecosystem.
  • Product & Strategy Contribution:
  • Act as the “voice of the partner”, actively collecting and relaying partner feedback to the technical and product teams to directly contribute to product development and beta-testing prototypes.
  • Be a true growth lever through upsell opportunities identified within partner accounts and driving referrals from successful partners.
  • Align partner enablement programs with overall Customer Success Enablement initiatives to ensure consistency and maximize synergy.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Team Performance:
  • Maintain high partner satisfaction indicators (NPS/CSAT).
  • Share your commercial expertise, know-how, and innovative ideas to enhance the performance of the entire Partner Success team and contribute to our collective success.

What you need to succeed:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience, either in Finance/Treasury roles or in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment/ideally in FinTech
  • Treasury/Corporate Finance knowledge either through educational or work experience
  • Native German and fluent English
  • A proactive nature and a continuous drive for improvement
  • The ability to excel in a dynamic growth environment, quickly adapt to challenges and keep a positive attitude
  • Excellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality and empathy towards users and customers
  • Ability to work with diverse teams (Sales, CS, Tech, Product, etc.)
