At Agicap, we’re reshaping the way SMBs manage cash flow across Europe. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, in the midst of hyper-growth, you'll be at the forefront of our journey—bringing in the brilliant minds who will shape our product and headquarters teams.

🔍 What you’ll do
As a strategic talent partner for our HQ functions (Marketing, Finance, Strategy, People, Legal, etc.) and Product/Tech teams, you will:
✏️ Lead end-to-end hiring: Own the recruitment process from intake to offer, ensuring a fast, structured, and top-quality experience for every candidate.
💻 Shape hiring strategies: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define roles, candidate personas, and tailored recruitment plans.
🏹 Hunt top talent: Actively source and engage high-potential candidates across Europe—especially through LinkedIn and creative outbound techniques.
⚽️ Champion candidate experience: Run insightful screening calls, prepare candidates for next steps, and ensure every interaction reflects our values.
🚀 Boost our employer brand: Build our presence among HQ and Product communities via content, events, and partner collaboration.
📊 Track & optimize performance: Use data to improve pipeline health, hiring velocity, and process efficiency across roles and teams.

- Has 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced company
- Is fluent/native in French and comfortable in English (we work in both every day!)
- Has a strong sales mindset – proactive, persuasive, and resilient
- Loves talking to people, solving problems, and taking full ownership
- Is eager to grow and play a key role in building a top-tier team
