🎯 Your mission will be to:
- Manage a team of 10+ people in an international and hyper-growth context alongside the local Country Manager
- Structure the team's organization in a high-growth context (responsibilities, recruitment, development)
- Ensure the team's operational efficiency (time management and tooling)
- Represent the customer's voice internally and develop a customer-oriented culture
- Ensure alignment and relationships between CS and other teams: Product (roadmap prioritization), Sales (sales quality, renewal, and upsell), HR (recruitment needs anticipation), Finance (reporting), and the board (OKRs)
- Promote Agicap's CS team externally
⭐️ What we are looking for:
- Experience: 1–3 years of significant experience managing a team of 5–10 people, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify and prioritize prospect types and resolve bottlenecks across the value chain.
- Leadership: An inspiring personality with sharp business acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and Team Spirit: Genuine enthusiasm with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Ambition: Highly driven to exceed objectives and achieve ambitious goals.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Scale-Up Experience: Previous experience in a Scale-Up environment, particularly in Fintech SaaS, is a strong plus.
