Agicap allows CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash flow, pay their suppliers and get paid.

The main objective is to help us get to 100m€ ARR, globally, in the next 2-3 years. The Partner Channel will play a critical role in hitting this target.
You will drive the Partner Channel globally (DACH, France, Italy, UK and Spain) with a focus on financial consulting firms and system integrators referring, reselling and implementing Agicap :
- Activation of existing full-service partners to make them hit their sales, onboarding and retention targets
- Recruitment of new referral and full-service partners
- Recruitment and management of the partner team : Partner Managers, Partner Enablement, Partner Ops, Partner Marketing
- Close alignment with our direct Sales & CS teams to efficiently co-sell and co-onboard with partners
We are looking for a very talented and ambitious Partnership leader who wants to have a strong impact in a huge and untapped market.
The current partnership team has 20+ people across 5 countries.
The local Heads of Partnership and Global Partner Ops and Enablement Managers will report to you. You will report to the Chief Revenue & Alliance Officer.
You can be located either in our Berlin office, or work remotely.
What we are looking for :
- At least 5 to 7 years as Head of Partnerships / Team Lead Partnerships in a fast growing scale up or established tech company
- Native in German and fluent in English
- Solid track record in recruiting and activating partners engaged in a full-service motion, from sales to onboarding and long term account management
- Strong ability to work with direct sales and CS teams and align everyone on a “partner-centric” mindset
- Hands-on, you like to go on the front line and lead by example
- Corporate finance knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. You must be able to quickly become an expert in the field though
- Established network in the field of financial consulting and ERP integrators is a big plus
