The New Business team is a recently established unit within the broader Strategic Partnerships department. Its mission is to explore and develop new types of partnerships— beyond our current collaborations with real estate agencies and banks — and to scale these new verticals effectively.

Your future missions :

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within target segments (Service Residences and Housing Management companies)
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
  • Nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive or closing team
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, define ICPs (ideal customer profiles), and continuously improve lead generation efforts
  • Conduct market research to identify key stakeholders and new market segments
  • Use and optimize CRM tools to track activity, maintain data hygiene, and provide visibility on progress
  • Provide feedback on customer objections, pain points, and opportunities for product/service improvements
  • Help improve and deepen existing sales processes; we’re not starting from scratch, but we are far from done.

About you :

  • At least one previous experience as SDR (internship, apprenticeship, full time
  • Spanish speaker would be a strong plus
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • At least 12 months of experience (not necessary in full time, internships & Apprenticeships counts)
  • Good autonomy
  • Strong communication skills (written & spoken)
