The agency is looking for a Freelance Sales Agent to manage the German-speaking (DACH) and English-speaking markets, based on-site in Bali for the first year, with the role potentially evolving into a hybrid setup afterward, provided physical presence continues during the high season. You will handle traveler requests from first contact through to the design of custom itineraries across Indonesia.
Beyond day-to-day sales, you will also help scout new products and experiences and contribute to opening up new destinations across the archipelago. It is a role for someone who wants their daily work to shape how travelers experience Indonesia.
💼 Your main missions
🧭 Sales & customer support
Respond to travelers reaching out through the Evaneos platform and build a first point of trust
Listen closely to understand each traveler's expectations and specific needs
Share genuine, well-informed guidance on Indonesia's destinations, cultures, and traditions
Design custom itineraries that reflect both the traveler's wishes and the agency's expertise
💼 Operations & practical management
Prepare and validate detailed, accurate quotes for each project
Handle billing with travelers throughout the booking process
🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip
Stay available as the traveler's main point of contact once the trip begins
Monitor trip quality and step in proactively if something needs adjusting
Manage complaints, cancellations, or unexpected issues with care and responsiveness
Collect feedback at the end of the journey to build lasting traveler loyalty

💰 Contract conditions
📅 Type of contract: Freelance
📍 Location: Based in Indonesia (compulsory presence in Bali, Indonesia during the high season, June to September)
🤝 Availability: As soon as possible
⏰ Working time: Flexible schedule
💻 Work mode: On-site in Bali or Remote from any part of Indonesia
💲 Compensation: Fixed percentage commission per dossier or sale; Monthly fixed salary
