🎯 Your Mission :
As Global Connectivity Manager, you will play a key role in the Global Banking Connectivity team, whose mission is to support our customers in complex banking connectivity implementations, develop our knowledge and improve our organization on the banking connectivity.
1. Implementation manager:
∙ Understand customer needs in terms of banking connectivity and define the best implementation strategy for a given scope, for a given customer.
∙ Project management: handle banking connectivity implementations in close relation with the various internal and external stakeholders, develop customer relationships and provide relevant advice.
∙ Optimize implementation processes with banks (velocity, quality,…).
∙ Provide support for these solutions (contact with banks, partners and customers), liaising with the various internal stakeholders.
2. Knowledge:
∙ Master all global and local banking data exchange protocols (Ebics, Swift, API, SFTP, BACS, Editran, etc.).
∙ Formalize knowledge of different banking protocols/formats in France, Europe and internationally.
∙ Train our Customer Success teams on banking communication topics
⭐️ What we are looking for :
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering or any other related field.
- Fluent in English, with any additional language skills (French, Italian, German, or Spanish) being a great bonus.
- Experience in a banking environment, in a TMS or in implementation of a TMS is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
- Ability to work with a variety of teams (customer success, sales, product, marketing etc.).

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?
Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of
∙ First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
∙ A role play or case study with the respective department
∙ Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
